Happy Tail Vaccines was started with a simple goal: to make essential pet care more accessible, more affordable, and a lot less stressful. We’re a team of licensed vets and animal lovers bringing expert vaccines, dewormers, heartworm tests, FIV/FeLV tests, microchips, and prevention to pop-up clinics across Central Florida. Our mission is to help pets stay healthy and keep tails wagging with care that’s easy to trust and even easier to access. We speak both English and Spanish, so more pet parents can feel confident and comfortable getting the care they need.

Hi, I’m Dr. José J. Ortiz Bouyett, a small animal veterinarian and the founder of Happy Tail Vaccines. I created our mobile clinic to make preventive care more accessible, compassionate, and stress-free for both pets and their people. With years of experience and a deep love for animals, I treat every pet like my own and prioritize safe, high-quality medicine. I’m proud to serve Central Florida’s diverse community in both English and Spanish.
